📖 Overview

Sale Blanket Order helps businesses manage long-term sales agreements with customers.

Instead of creating a new Sales Order every time a customer places an order, you can first create a Blanket Order that defines the agreed products, quantities, prices, and validity period. As the customer requests deliveries, you can generate one or more Sales Orders from the Blanket Order until all quantities are used or the agreement expires.

This simplifies order management, ensures agreed pricing is maintained, and makes it easy to track remaining quantities.

Steps

1. Open a confirmed Blanket Order.
2. Click Create Sales Order.
3. Enter the required quantity for each product.
4. Confirm the wizard.
5. A new Sales Order is created automatically.

📊 Monitor the Agreement

Open the Blanket Order at any time to:

• View ordered quantities.
• Check remaining quantities.
• See linked Sales Orders.
• Monitor the agreement until completion.
