1. Refund Eligibility
At EA ERP Addons, we strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with our products. We offer refunds on our digital products under the following circumstances:
- The product is proven to be defective or not functioning as described in the documentation.
- The support team is unable to resolve a critical issue within a reasonable timeframe (usually 7 business days).
- The purchase was made by mistake and the product has not been downloaded or activated (if applicable).
2. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for a refund:
- Custom development services once the work has commenced.
- Products purchased more than 30 days ago.
- Issues arising from conflict with third-party modules or modifications to the core Odoo code.
- Change of mind after the product has been downloaded.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at sales@ea-addons.com with your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue. We will review your request and verify the issue.
4. Processing Time
Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
