By default, Odoo allows each product to belong to only one internal product category. While this works for many businesses, some organizations need to classify the same product under multiple categories for easier organization and management.

Product Multi Category extends the standard Product application by allowing a single product to be assigned to multiple additional categories. The primary category continues to work as usual, while the extra categories are used for product classification and organization.

This module is especially useful for businesses that manage large product catalogs or require flexible product grouping.
